Resource Innovations is seeking a Project Coordinator join our growing team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a Project Coordinator with Resource Innovations, you will play a key role and will focus on data quality and executing workflow against payments in the system. We are seeking mission driven and career minded individuals with previous processing experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for facilitating rebate project approval and identifying gaps in processing.
• Ensures all applications meet program and quality standards in preparation for payment.
• Manages rebate application pre-batch activities daily.
• Reviews rebate status reporting daily and adjusts projects that need additional review.
• Assists with the processing of new applications as needed.
• Reviews data from third party vendors and updates payments accordingly.
• Assists contractor network with their project portal set up and questions as needed.
• Reviews all potential duplicate submissions to prevent duplicative payment.
• Provides continuous improvement suggestions.
• Other duties as assigned.

• A high school diploma or equivalency is required.
• 2 years previous processing experience required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Self-starter mentality required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented, sharp memory and accuracy skills.
• Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and all levels of internal employees.
• Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a must.
• Ability to work through difficult tasks in a professional manner.
