Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and maximizing property value. Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and tenant relations - Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants - Coordinate with maintenance staff to address repair requests and ensure timely completion of work orders - Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and disputes in a professional and timely manner - Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements - Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery - Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting property management Skills: - Proficient in property management software such as OneSite or Yardi - Knowledge of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) regulations and compliance - Strong administrative skills with attention to detail - Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with facilities management principles - Basic understanding of property maintenance procedures - Sales skills to effectively market available units and attract tenants Qualifications: - Previous experience in property management or related field - Knowledge of local laws and regulations governing property management - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
