Residential Living Supervisor jobs in Ohio

STAN Residential is looking to fill a Maintenance Supervisor role at one of our properties.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

· Train the maintenance team, including, but not limited to, service requests, preventative maintenance, make-ready scheduling techniques, and HVAC

· Ensures prompt and efficient service by the maintenance team to all residents

· Ensure turns are being completed and executed according to schedule

· Supervise vendors for the performance of routine maintenance and projects including turnover, landscaping, pools, and HVAC

· Participates in scheduling and preventative maintenance planning

· Provide constructive verbal feedback to management about maintenance team members

· Support technicians with troubleshooting or maintenance repair if needed

· Completes work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority as needed

· Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy in a timely manner as needed

· Maintaining property grounds as needed

· Transfer drop ship appliance orders into units as needed

· Preventative maintenance as needed

· Assist in coverage of emergency calls after hours and on weekends as needed

Experience

· Minimum 10 years’ experience as a maintenance technician

Must be proficient in:

• HVAC repair
• Plumbing repair
• Appliance install and repair
• Apartment punch-out and turns
• Electric repair

Certifications/Licenses

· HVAC/Electric/Plumbing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
