Job Summary
As part of the Administrative Support Services Team, this position provides administrative support/assistance to help ensure the smooth functioning of the PPL Service Center and front desk. In addition, the Sr. Administrative Assistant provides executive support to the VP of Housing Operations and the VP of Real Estate Development. The role serves to ensure that the executives maximize their time and focus to achieve the greatest organizational impact. The Sr. Administrative Assistant is responsible for relationship management, schedules, research, and assistance in prioritizing the short, mid-term, and long-term work of the executives.
