Sugarbush Living is looking for a qualified candidate who can assist with their assigned community, train and develop a team of caregivers, provide outstanding care to our residents, and support the families of our residents. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Providing excellent direct care to residents and setting an example to your team .
• Ensuring the community is kept clean and is well maintained.
• Keeping resident’s files up to date both monthly and annually, to include health care appraisal and assessment plans done annually.
• Staff files are maintained to assure that licensing requirements are met.
• Being able to make executive decisions when needed, and being able to explain those decisions.
• Ensure the safety of all residents by being responsible for fire drills, water checks, and tornado drills.
• Ensure all resident medication and supplies are ordered from the appropriate pharmacy, health care partner, or families.
• Assure the shifts are staffed when staffing issues arise, and then report the changes to management.
• Reporting all concerns about resident’s general health care to management.
• Checking supplies on a regular basis to assure they are stocked.

Candidates should have prior leadership experience in a senior care facility and must have their own transportation. All candidates will be required to pass a criminal background check as a condition of their employment..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
