Residential Living Assistant provides individualized care to the patients of a group home or residential living facility. Assists the patients on daily basis with personal care and hygiene. Being a Residential Living Assistant transports patients within the facility or on supervised outings. Administers and records medications given to residents. Additionally, Residential Living Assistant may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Residential Living Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Primary Responsibilities:
The Administrative Assistant supports the team by acting as the first point of contact for residents, family members, medical providers and outside agencies. This role will create and maintain department documents, forms and spreadsheets, manage the caregiver schedule, and provide administrative support to the Community Health Director, Personal Services Manager and department staff. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with care, including taking vital signs as needed. Able to work Monday-Friday.
