Residential Living Assistant provides individualized care to the patients of a group home or residential living facility. Assists the patients on daily basis with personal care and hygiene. Being a Residential Living Assistant transports patients within the facility or on supervised outings. Administers and records medications given to residents. Additionally, Residential Living Assistant may administer medications under the supervision of a nurse or physician. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Residential Living Assistant possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.     Community Options is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant II- Rep Payee to join the team! This position is responsible for mid-high level administrative office functions, to include, managing the representative payee program, billing services, reconciliation of ledges and bank accounts, audits, and supply requisition and inventory.

    The salary for this position is $16 - $19 an hour depending on experience (DOE).

    Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • An associate degree in office support, business education, and related experience may be substituted year for year in lieu of degree and one (1) year of experience performing a variety of high-level office support, clerical, or secretarial duties including lead work or office coordination responsibilities, rep payee experience a plus
    • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state will be required based on assigned job duties
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and develop valid conclusions
    • Proficiency in keyboarding, specific software, and personal computer skills
    • Time management skills – ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
    • Customer service experience and strong customer orientation
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Operate standard office equipment such as computers, copy/fax machines, calculators, postage meters, and imaging equipment
    • Access to working mobile phone (iPhone/ Android)
    • CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain successfully during new hire training period
    • A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance for the vehicle subject to the statute of the licensing state and the ability to travel based on operational and clientele needs
    • Successfully pass a criminal background check, including Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), drug screening, and ND Department of Human Service (DHS) pre-employment approval
    • Completion of training as required by Community Options
