Ensures that clinical programs operate in compliance with all applicable regulations. Being a Residential Care Medical Director provides patient consultations as needed and manages relationships between staff and attending physicians. Advises non-medical management on clinical and patient related matters and policies. Additionally, Residential Care Medical Director requires a MD degree from an accredited school. Job Summary:
We are recruiting for a Residential Administration Manager for our Adult Residential Care Facility, Howard House, in Escondido, CA. This person will be responsible for maintaining the facilities licensing protocols and compliance with all requirements. This person will oversee operations of Howard House and be involved in working with residents and their families as well as other healthcare professionals.
We are looking for a dedicated, flexible and self starting individual who can build and lead teams, is detail-oriented and demonstrates commitment to our Howard House community. This person should excel as a communicator, be highly organized and exhibit great compassion.
