For the past 13 years, Permatect has led the industry providing hard surface restoration to high-traffic flooring in healthcare facilities nationwide.

Permatect's key focus is restoring the appearance and functionality of tile & grout in public restrooms, patient areas, kitchens and locker rooms.

On a typical floor restoration, the techs will start by removing any existing coatings, deep cleaning walls and floors using specialized chemicals and pressure washing tools. Once clean, we replace any missing grout and color seal to achieve a uniform appearance. After detail work is complete, techs will seal the surface with Permatect's antimicrobial barrier. This sealant will protect the new grout system and stop the spread of bacterial and viral infections on the floor surface.

Once restoration work is complete, local techs and traveling management will be cleaning and maintaining these systems to ensure a like-new appearance to each treated surface. Local Maintenance Techs will follow a set service routine and send nightly reports to management.

Permatect is looking to hire both local Maintenance Techs while also looking for potential in a traveling Project Manager to assist on restoration projects and monitor local maintenance techs at various locations. Local Maintenance Techs will be working 4 nights a week (Tues-Fri).

Local and in-state travel is done in personal vehicle. Mileage will be reimbursed for travel outside of Cleveland. Project Manager will be asked to travel for up to two weeks at a time. Travel, hotel and food are provided by company.

40 hour work weeks with over time options

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
