Job Summary:
Do you want to help make a difference and feel rewarded after a day’s work? Then come join our awesome team of Residential Care Workers (RCW). We provide top-notch care to some of the most vulnerable population by using a client centered approach to assist our residents.
As an RCW, you will be working in a group home setting assisting with daily care to residents seeking help managing their mental illness, substance use disorder, medications and/or other services. Our residential housing programs promote increased levels of independence and provide independent living skills training.
The RCW will be responsible for prompting residents for medications times, chores, bathing, meals, as well as outings, daily charting, clear communication with the next shift worker, making sure that the residents feel supported along with a variety of other tasks. You get to be a part of our clients’ successes every day.
We have various shifts open, including full time, part time, or variable so you can find the right fit for your life. Shift differential pay is also offered for the graveyard shifts. We currently have openings in Butte, Kalispell, and Polson. Don’t wait, apply now!
