Work in a residential setting assisting individuals served in becoming self-sufficient, self-advocating, self-driven individuals. Manage DSP Staff and Shifts
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Except for relief periods, the Facility Lead has responsibility for the home on a 24 hour basis. This may include AM, PM and NOC shifts on ANY day of the week when necessary.
