Gateway Residential in Delta is looking for full- and part-time direct-care professional to join our team in working with adolescent males, primarily on evenings and weekends. This is a professional position and qualified staff will supervise youth at all times, teach new skills and help struggling youth co-regulate, support with crisis intervention and de-escalation, assist with independent living skills, teach pro-social tools and behaviors, and create a positive environment to foster change. Training provided: Colorado QMAP, 1st Aid/CPR, CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, & Job Specific.
