    DUTIES:
    Looking for a Front Desk Administrator to provide office administration and clerical services. The individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office products and general office coordination activities. Additional duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Prepare calendars for staff and coordination of monthly meetings

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    The following minimum qualifications are required:
    • 6 college credit hours in social work or social services OR at least one year of service in Military & Family Readiness Center or similar agency
    • Possess basic professional environment communication skills
    • Basic understanding of military protocol and support group organizations
    • Be able to communicate and work with a diverse population
    • Maintain a satisfactory attendance and punctuality record
    • Must include two references with resume
