We are on the lookout for an Experienced Installation Specialist (Laborer) to join our dynamic team. Job Summary

As an Experienced Installation Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, bringing your extensive installation skills to the forefront of each project. This position demands a high level of precision, reliability, and dedication to quality. You will be instrumental in executing siding repairs, window installations, and other exterior construction tasks, ensuring each job meets our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality siding repairs, window installations, and other related construction tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless execution of exterior construction projects from start to finish.
• Apply your installation expertise to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship.
• Participate in preparing sites, organizing materials, and ensuring all tools are ready and in optimal condition for the job at hand.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced team members, sharing knowledge and best practices ininstallation techniques.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance the quality of work.

Requirements

• Proven experience in exterior construction installations, with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Deep expertise in siding repairs, window installations, and familiarity with the latest construction techniques and materials.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites alongside the Founder.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be based in or near Cheyenne for in-person work Monday through Friday.
• Drug-test required.
• Tobacco-free and substance-free workplace.

Salary

• $17 - $21/hr

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
