Job Summary:
The Director of Residential Treatment Services will work as a key member of a highly accomplished and skilled management team. The Director will report to the Senior Director of Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Services and will help the organization address the many behavioral health and addiction treatment needs of our clients.
Under supervision of the Senior Director of Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Services, oversees and helps to develop the addiction treatment programs at Harbor Care. This includes input into human resource matters, budget input and management. The Director also works collaboratively with staff to ensure that all Harbor Care services are provided and developed with a high level of quality and efficiency.
