Requirements:

- Knowledge of payroll software, Paycom preferred.
- Strong understanding of senior leadership principles
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- In-depth knowledge of employment labor law and workers compensation
- Demonstrable experience with recruiting processes
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Process improvement skills to enhance HR operations
- Understanding and experience with employee benefits.
