As an In-Home Sales Representative (Project Manager) at TJR Construction, you'll be at the forefront of turning projects into reality. We are searching for individuals with roofing or construction experience to hit the ground running. This background will be instrumental in you becoming a successful project manager. Even if you are new to sales, your construction knowledge will be a major asset.

Get ready to unleash your inner go-getter because we want you to self-generate leads and be a driving force behind our projects. You'll have the chance to knock on doors, set appointments, create estimates, write contracts, and oversee projects from start to finish. Your mission? To bring us projects that are ready to take off!

What You'll Do:

• Leverage your roofing or construction experience to effectively manage projects
• Initiate the insurance intake process
• Conduct retail consultations and execute contracts
• Self-generate leads and ride the wave of our structured lead flow support
• Manage your jobs as Project Manager: Order materials, run the build and make sure it's completed to perfection
• Dive into table events as needed
• Ensure all required letters are sent out daily
• Be the storm-chaser! Prospect storm-damaged properties within 50 miles of your home address within 72 hours of a storm

• Have roofing or construction experience (preferred)
• Score a minimum of 2 insurance claims or retail sales per week (that's 8 per month!)
• Discover 10 homes with storm damage or retail prospects every single day (that's 60 per week!)
• Jump into action at table events when we need you
• Keep the postal service busy by mailing all required letters daily
• Be the storm-chaser we need by prospecting storms within 50 miles of your home address within 72 hours of a storm
