Care Provider will provide assistance the elderly in a private Assisted Living Facility in Murrieta Ca. Duties consist of medication management, assisting elderly with bathing, dressing, grooming, functional transfers, meal prep, and light house keeping. Care Provider must posse's qualities of honesty, kindness, patience, integrity, empathy. and professionalism. Care Provider will interact with third party services such as Hospice Personnel, Home Health Providers and Administrators. Must be available to work selected weekends and holidays. Training Provided, no experience required but experience a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
Duties include performing bed baths /showers, changing diapers, assisting with dressing/grooming and functional mobility. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform two person transfers, a lift machine is provided for ease of transfer. Meal Preparation, assisting those who need help eating and drinking, light housekeeping, meal prep, and stand by assistance during walks with the elderly and those classified as a fall risk.
Qualifications and Skills
Training Provided, No experience needed however experience a plus. Live Scan / Background check , First Aid /CPR, Physical and TB clearance are all a requirement of the State of California in a Licensed Facility
