Residential Care Facility Construction Director jobs in Alabama
Residential Care Facility Construction Director oversees all aspects of new construction or additions to existing assisted living or skilled nursing facilities. Selects and monitors the work of architects, engineers and contractors. Being a Residential Care Facility Construction Director ensures that projects are completed according to schedule and within budget. May be responsible for forecasting space needs and assisting with site acquisition. Additionally, Residential Care Facility Construction Director typically requires a bachelor's degree. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience in Health Care/Long-Term Care
- Experience with promotions, public relations and admissions preferred
- Must have a strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility procedures, reimbursement, regulations and guidelines governing long-term care
- Must be an excellent communicator, communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing and excellent customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and computer applications
