Responsibilities:

• Generate subcontracts and purchase orders
• Manage project accounting 
• Address subcontractor/vendor questions regarding contract documents
• Work with the team on project work to keep the project going according to the schedule
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage project closeout accounting and documentation

Qualifications:

• Must have substantial experience working in the Residential Construction Industry (5 years of proven experience is a must!
• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree desirable; and Bachelors Degree preferred
• Must have proficiency with CoConstruct Software or similar project management software
• Working knowledge of IBC & UBC and CBC is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure while leading and motivating a design and construction team
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and database systems
• Proven organizational, critical thinking, and administrative skills with keen attention to detail and strong time-management

Salary and Benefits:

• Full time 
• Salary $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
