Residential Care Facilities Manager jobs in Rhode Island

Seeking a compassionate candidate who has experience working in residential programs or with individuals with mental health and substance abuse. Residential Case Manager is needed to work in one of our residential sites in Cumberland, RI. As a member of our team, you will assist in the delivery of psychiatric, rehabilitation, and supportive services to adults living in a group home setting. Our program is designed to help residents reach their goals for living, learning and working in the community as independently as possible. Duties will include: assessing and evaluating clients, providing support services, crisis intervention, medication monitoring and education as needed. Case Manager will be responsible for advocating for clients and coordinating with providers, educating clients, their families and significant others in regard to mental health and/or substance abuse issues and the impact on their lives.

Education/Licensing Requirements: Associates degree in human services is a requirement; BA/BS is preferred. Must have current CPR/AED & First Aid or willing to obtain. Must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
