PT hours available

$35.00 per hour or DOE - Private duty caregiver, Benefits at 30 hrs/week

We are passionate about our calling and only have our patient's best interests in mind as we serve and implement the plan of care.The Registered Nurse administers skilled nursing care to patients requiring intermittent professional nursing services and teaches and supervises the family and other nursing team members. Each Registered Nurse performs nursing services for residents within a specific area. These services are performed in accordance with the physician's orders and the established plan of care under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing. We are looking for a PRN Registered Nurse for hospice and home health care. Our nurses are dedicated, compassionate people with a heart of gold for the patients and their families who guide them through the final journey of life. The Ideal candidate would be a professional and a caregiver to our patients and families, having excellent communication skills, the ability to listen and discuss matters of daily living for the patient and family, as well as make decisions in the best interest of our patients in accordance with the plan of care, and be able to explain important issues and procedures with the family. The candidate will be trained to support and deliver quality care.

Requirements

Ideal Candidates will:

• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
• Hospice and Home Health experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Registered Nurse - RN in the state(s) of practice
• Current BLS certification and TB test
