Residential Resources is looking for a Program Manager to join our team in Keene, NH. We are looking for a manager with experience as a direct support professional (DSP) who understands the unique challenges and rewards of working in this field.
The applicant would be responsible for monitoring the clinical, philosophical, and fiscal needs of the individuals on their caseload. This person should have an eye for detail, organization, and timelines. Conflict management skills are a must! This is a salaried position that includes providing direct care support within the assigned home as well as being on the on-call rotation.
