Residential Care Facilities Manager oversees facility services at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, including building and grounds maintenance, laundry and housekeeping. Supervises and trains staff, and plans work schedules and assignments. Being a Residential Care Facilities Manager performs regular inspections to ensure that appearance and cleanliness standards are maintained, and that equipment is functioning properly. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Residential Care Facilities Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Care Facilities Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Residential Care Facilities Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Responsibilities:
The Facilities Manager is responsible for maintaining FirstService Residential managed properties and facilities in accordance with the operations and maintenance manuals for each community, to include maintaining the facilities' appearance, resources, code compliance, safety, and overall operations in a cost-effective manner. The Facilities Manager will provide consultative services to Boards of Directors, meet with vendors on projects, and oversee large-scale facility projects.

What We Offer:
Part-time, non-exempt associates working 20-30 hours per week, will be eligible for part-time benefits to include your choice of dental, vision, and more. Part-time associates are not eligible for time off benefits, paid holidays and a 401k with company match.
Compensation: $70,000 - $82,000 Annually
