Residential Care Facilities Manager oversees facility services at an assisted living or skilled nursing facility, including building and grounds maintenance, laundry and housekeeping. Supervises and trains staff, and plans work schedules and assignments. Being a Residential Care Facilities Manager performs regular inspections to ensure that appearance and cleanliness standards are maintained, and that equipment is functioning properly. Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Residential Care Facilities Manager typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Residential Care Facilities Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Residential Care Facilities Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Overview

    The Project Manager will be a part of the BrightSpring EPMO and will work on special Information Technology related projects to evaluate Company's current Information Technology systems, structure, processes and practices, and improve and implement changes to increase efficiency and allow us to provide better service to our customers. Using quantitative and qualitative measurements, this position analyzes data in order to evaluate the effect of the changes and to ensure anticipated outcomes are achieved

    Responsibilities

    • Plans, directs, and coordinates team(s) activities to manage and implement interrelated projects from initiation to final operational stage and plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the project• Leads the project team(s) in determining customer requirements and translating requirements into operational plans• Determines, monitors, and reviews all project economics to include project costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, project resources, and project risk• Identifies and assembles the appropriate blend of talent and additional resources to meet project needs and requirements• Formulates contingency plans to address schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements• Controls project requirements, scope, and change management issues• Meets with management, sponsors, and project teams to review project scope/progress and resolve project issues. Develops, proposes, and negotiates project proposals, quotations, and add-ons to leadership and project team• Monitors and evaluates quality of performance and product from all work within scope of responsibility• Selects and applies appropriate tools to accurately estimate and plan the work of teams or project groups within agreed policies. Produces work plans according to required standards. Works with colleagues to produce/recommend/develop long-term plans• Matrix manages cross-functional suppliers: internal Information Technology, outsource partners, contractors, third-party consultants, in delivering solutions• Monitors and reports on the progress of the resolution of high impact problems according to established standards• Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree is a plus• 3-5 years of Information Technology related enterprise project management experience• Six Sigma, PMP, and/or Change Management certification preferred• Experience managing Vendor (Third party) software implementations• Effectively communicates technical concepts to non-technical staff and business concepts/requirements to technical staff

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities• Ability to utilize new tools and technologies in a rapidly changing environment• High level of analytical and problem resolution skills with high attention to detail, organization, timeliness, and accuracy• Exercises independent judgment in carrying out the details of the work according to applicable regulations, company policies and procedures• Extensive knowledge of current industry trends, standards, and practices with strong business acumen• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate (verbal and written) with all levels of personnel internal and external to the company including at an executive level• Capability of working responsibly with highly confidential information and of maintaining composure under duress• Strong multi-tasking ability
