SUMMARY:
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the multi-shift production process and the supporting processes on the plant floor, coordinating all aspects of the plant floor operations. As Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate with all plant floor support and planning groups (logistics, quality, maintenance, engineering, HR) to effectively and sustainably plan and execute activities that support short and long-term plant production goal attainment. Operations Manager’s focus includes planning and executing on safety, plant floor cleanliness and organisation, morale, quality rate, production rate, schedule and mix attainment, manning levels, budgets, and maintenance requirements to meet and sustain high efficiency while striving to become a world-class organisation.
