Morris Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently seeking a Resident Care Coordinator/Concierge with one year of long term care experience. This role is Monday thru Friday from 12pm to 8pm. The ideal candidate needs to have good interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and have the ability to work without the need for constant oversight. The Resident Care Coordinator/Concierge needs to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills.
This position supports the admissions department’s activities in the pre-admission, admission, discharge, and follows up processes. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources.
Essential Functions:
