Requires a high school diploma. Additionally, Resident Care Coordinator may require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Calyx is looking to hire NOW a Resident Care Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating resident care needs and staffing, including maintaining the schedule, updating coordination tools like the physician appointment and pharmacy logs, filing and organization of the clinical records, etc. When the Resident Care Director is absent, the Resident Care Coordinator is responsible for the supervision and delivery of resident care services in compliance with Calyx's policies and state regulations.
