    Job Summary:

    As a key member of the Executive Management team, you will assist with the management and direction of the organization toward its primary objectives, based on profit and return on capital, by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers for the customized truck bodies, shovel’s, dippers and buckets business.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

    Supports the General Manager to:

    Plan, coordinate, and control the daily operation of the organization through the organization's managers.

    Establish current and long-range goals, objectives, plans, and policies.

    Dispense advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans, standards, and procedures, consistent with established policies.

    Meet with the organization's other executives to ensure that operations are being executed in accordance with the organization's policies.

    Oversee the adequacy and soundness of the organization's financial structure.

    Review the operating results of the organization, compare them to established objectives, and take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.

    Plan and direct all investigations and negotiations pertaining to the acquisition of businesses with the approval of the Board of Directors.

    Establish and maintain an effective system of communications throughout the organization.

    Represent the organization with major customers, shareholders, the financial community, and the public.

    Support any effort to Improve or design new business models for Truck Bodies, Dippers, buckets, and others related to the Core Business of the company.

    Support organization regarding Customer claims over warranties or product failures. Proper investigation and action plans need to be well conducted between engineering and plant production to generate solutions or company answers that satisfy customers and maintain our loyalty base on good support and quality products.

    Manages and supports any effort to consolidate or improve the current Dipper and Bucket design including the use of the best complementary parts that can increase the market share of Dippers in USA, Canada and Mexico.

    Reinforce the areas of product support in certain scenarios that integrate engineering and operation for the continuous improvement of products.


    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the Engineering, Finance, Maintenance, Plant Operations, Production Control, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Safety and Sales departments. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

    Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.

    Education/Experience:
