    We are looking for a “Facilities Manager” to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

    Job Summary
    The Facilities Manager will oversee the operations and maintenance of a battery plant, including budget management, client interaction, leading client meetings, facility inspections, vendor and contractor management, and safety compliance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain positive client relationships, attending client meetings as necessary.
    • Coordinate, oversee, and manage repair and maintenance work performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors, ensuring completion of work orders.
    • Conduct facilities inspections and generate reports.
    • Coordinate moves, adds, and changes within the facility.
    • Obtain price quotes for parts, services, and labor for projects.
    • Manage capital projects, including budgeting and variance reporting.
    • Manage vendor relationships, providing training on work order and billing procedures, and ensuring invoice accuracy.
    • Utilize PC, PDA, and software systems for work order management, email communication, and training.
    • Provide process and procedure training to staff.
    • Conduct financial and business analysis, preparing reports as needed.
    • Assist in managing the budget.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.

    Must-Haves:
    • 4 years of prior supervisory facilities experience.
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus on business, technical, or management areas.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and work order systems.


    Lift Requirement:
    Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
