Reservoir Engineering Manager plans and directs all aspects of engineering studies regarding the identification, evaluation, and development of oil and gas reserves within a region. Oversees the process of estimating, assessing, and planning oil and gas production and development projects. Being a Reservoir Engineering Manager ensures all projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with the organization's established policies and objectives. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering. Additionally, Reservoir Engineering Manager typically reports to top management. The Reservoir Engineering Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. As a result of our growth, we have a need for another Fluid Technology Salesperson to join our Water & Wastewater Team as an Outside Sales Professional.  This role is a full-time Outside Sales position on our Minnesota Water & Wastewater Team.

    What You Get To Do

    · Travel within assigned sales territory to meet with water & wastewater customers

    · Provide solutions to water & wastewater customers

    · Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

    · Develop and execute a sales plan for the assigned territory

    · Meet/exceed sales goals for our products and services

    · Collaborate with customer’s and identify the most effective solutions

    · Educate customers on how our products and services can benefit them 

    · Stay current with new products, competitors, and industry trends

    · Ensure customers receive best-in-class experience

    Requirements

      

    What We Need From You

    · Post High School further education; Associates or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

    · Minimum of 2 – 3 years of demonstrated water & wastewater experience and/or service & repair experience preferred

    · Mechanically inclined

    · High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation, and positive attitude 

    · Ability to cold call and prospect for business (“hunter” mentality)

    · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

    · Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers 

    · Exercise good troubleshooting skills
