we are a small RV park in the middle of a 5000 acre ranch there is lots of trails and roads to ride your bikes or take hikes. You have lots of time to do some outside activities housing is provided with the job.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive camping experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

- Escort guests to their campsite

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office and other public areas

- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth flow of service

- Provide assistance to guests as needed

Skills:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

- Familiarity with computers

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
