Our marketing and communications team plays a critical role in bridging the organization’s brand, products and services and its customers’ needs, aspirations, and concerns. By tailoring customer interactions and cultivating strong and lasting relationships, we are better equipped to meet each individual where they are on their journey, so necessary information can be shared more effectively, in turn helping farmers and ranchers to triumph over the barriers and ultimately benefit all of society through their efforts. As account supervisor, you will lead the marketing and communications strategy to deliver innovative ideas and proactively identify and resolve service issues for customers. Effective marketing and communication planning and execution helps Noble share the story of regenerative land stewardship with farmers, ranchers, potential donors, and society at large. The work you do can play a part in making a difference in a producer’s operation, their life and the society that depends on them.

You will:

• Encourage and demonstrate unity with internal customers and external partners, setting customer/partnership standards and guiding relationship norms, to aid in the achievement of goals and objectives. Foster long-term relationships and translate business challenges into solutions to successfully address needs and achieve goals and objectives.
• Lead accountability measures to ensure internal customers/partners receive first-in-class products/services that meet and exceed their needs. Develop comprehensive marketing initiatives aligned with customers and partners’ objectives and oversee MarCom activities and coordinate execution of initiatives and projects. Provide a model of leadership and collaboration by being prepared, proactive, and thorough.

Experience

• Minimum of 12 years of account, advertising and design, from creative brief development to production is required. Experience with digital marketing; content strategy and execution; lead generation principles and techniques; campaign measurement, tracking analysis, and reporting; and partnering with media teams is required. A high school diploma and 15 years or associate degree and 12 years of experience in the aforementioned areas will be considered.

Education

• Bachelors or better in Advertising or related field
• Bachelors or better in Marketing or related field
