B2K Development, LLC is seeking a Landscape/Mason Construction Supervisor to join our team in Garden City, NY. We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of a year-round, highly productive, fast-moving and expanding landscape and masonry crew consisting of over 12 employees.

Essential Functions:

• Create daily work schedules as well as projected weekly/month schedules
• Manage the daily activities of various crews
• Create cost estimates including labor and materials for ongoing and future work
• Coordinate and place orders for materials and manage job site deliveries
• Manage usage, transportation, and maintenance of equipment
• Maintain daily logs including but not limited to manpower, productive deliveries, etc.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years relevant experience working in supervisory role of landscaping/masonry
• Excellent planning skills and ability to execute such plans
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with crew members, management and clients
• Ability to read and understand architectural/engineered drawings and plans
• Excellent organizational skills including time management, prioritization and delegation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 per year
