• Product Marketing is focused on delivering product differentiation, profitable revenue growth and providing the strategic vision to enable a compelling product roadmap.
• Responsibilities include establishing meaningful revenue targets and aligning those plans across the various stakeholders from the field account teams to internal development teams and, of course, the executives across the organization.
• Developing compelling value models that can be used to define value-based pricing and collateral to help in the sales process, both for internal and external sales efforts.
• Understand the product portfolio in depth to act as a bridge between the customer technical teams and the Lam internal technical teams. Be able to synthesis complex elements into information that can be communicated and understood more broadly.
• Help drive adoption of the portfolio through customer interactions and advocacy, including product promotional training for field personnel.
• Work with the field teams and customers directly to ensure needs and market requirements are being met.
• Provide leadership through influence rather than direct authority.
• Some international travel may be required, typically under 20%.

• Prefer Master's Level Degree in a technical field and 10 years of experience in the Semiconductor business, preferably in either a customer role or capital equipment supplier role.
• Requires strong communication skills and the ability to conduct effective presentations under pressure, at customer sites or internally at peer and executive levels.
• Product management, product marketing, or service management experience preferred. Semiconductor process engineering may also be a good foundation.
• The candidate needs to be able to thrive in a varied, fast-paced, high energy environment.
• The candidate needs to be a critical thinker, with strong analytic skills. They should be well-organized, with close attention to detail.
• Due to the nature of the role having an outgoing, enthusiastic approach with the ability to work in a team environment is essential.
