Position Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand their needs, and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop strategic sales plans, identify new opportunities, and negotiate deals.
- Account Planning and Strategy: Create and implement account plans, analyze data, and collaborate for customized solutions.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Stay updated on offerings and effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, prepare sales reports, and ensure compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, share insights, and participate in meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: An associate degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience and Knowledge: Proven B2B sales or account management experience. Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiar with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Mobility: Ability to travel up to 60% within the territory to meet with clients/prospects, attend trade shows, and networking events.
