POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for general maintenance on equipment and machines in accordance with factory specifications (unless customized to customer specifications) using hand tools and power tools. Must be flexible to learn and assist multiple positions as deemed necessary. Must have solid work ethic and who manages multiple tasks at once. Preferred candidates will have two years of General Mechanical experience.

Qualifications for candidate:

• Minimum high school diploma/GED education. Prefer auto body training or work experience.
• Prefer forklift certification
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Must be detail oriented and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be active listener and exercise sound judgement
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential
• Must have the ability to follow complex instructions
• Must be flexible and highly organized with the ability to work independently
• Must be honest, respectful and trustworthy and demonstrate sound work ethics
• Exhibit a cheerful presence and work with all team members
• Must pass background check at time of hire
