RAKA Rentals is looking for a Field Technician to perform field service and repairs on aerial equipment, skid steers, compressors, light towers, forklifts and other general contractor equipment. You’ll primarily be working independently driving a company provided service truck to the customer’s place of operations, but you’ll always have the support of the entire RAKA Rentals team.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES:

• Remove, install, repair, disassemble, assemble, and perform failure analysis on aerial equipment, skid steers, compressors, light towers, forklifts and other general contractor equipment including engines, attachments, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, power train, brakes, steering, and electronic and computer applications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair most types and brands of equipment
• Read and understand schematics for electrical and hydraulic systems
• Perform proper preventative maintenance in a timely manner
• Work in a variety of customer locations and industry environments
• Accurately complete service reports on a daily basis
