Rental Technician, Sr. jobs in Florida

SR Technologies (SRT) is expanding and we’re looking for an Electronic Technician to join our team! We’re headquartered in Sunrise, FL where we provide highly competitive satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular technologies and services to our government, law enforcement, and commercial customers. As an Electronic Technician you will provide required support to the company's system research and development efforts.

What you'll be doing:

• Constructs, maintains, and tests complex electrical systems and components.
• Uses measuring and diagnostics tools to test and modify electronic parts.  
• Ensures systems and components meet established specifications.
• Prepares complete project design documentation.
• Designs and conduct experiments; analyzes and interprets data.
• Assigns tasks to and directs other technicians.
• Plans and coordinates detailed aspects of the work.
• Prepares scopes, budgets and schedules for assignment and equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

What you'll need:

• Associates Degree in Electronics and 10 - 15 years related experience.
• Effective knowledge of Schematic Capture and PCB layout software.
• Experience with RF/Microwave test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, vector signal analyzers, oscilloscopes)
• Expert soldering skills.
• Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, evaluation, and scientific method.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization.

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
