POSITION SUMMARY: The Rental Turn Technician provides timely completion of CGI, repairs and maintenance to various rental heavy construction equipment and machinery within shop at Ascendum Branch locations, according to established procedures, while maintaining good working relationships with customers and co-workers.
FLSA STATUS: The U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) requires employers to classify their employees as being either exempt or non-exempt for the purpose of being paid overtime wages. The essential duties of this job are such that the employee is classified according to the FLSA as a Non-Exempt employee.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.
· Responsible for the monthly maintenance of stored machines process
· Complete all delivery and receiving functions
· Maintains yard organization
· Completes and documents pre loading inspections, as well as all attachment instillations and removals.
· Maintain, safely operate, and care for company owned tools and equipment per company requirements.
· Maintain up to date knowledge of all safety training, product training, and service department goals.
· Complete assigned work with minimum re-work.
· Ensure all company safety requirements are adhered to at all times.
· Ensure all administrative functions are completed in a timely manner.
· Responds positively to other duties that may be assigned in the scope of the job.
· Seeks formal and informal performance assessments, including performance versus expectations.
· Actively participates in required training, development programs, and electives as suits one’s needs.

· Experience and/or Education: High School diploma and/or trade school completion in appropriate field.
· Computer Skills: The employee can use the equipment and software required to accomplish the responsibilities of this position. Knowledge of Microsoft Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
