Rental Technician performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on rental fleet equipment. Trained to remove, disassemble, assemble, clean components. Being a Rental Technician begin to use service manuals properly and select correct tools, specifications. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Rental Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Rental Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Overview:
Base wages PLUS a seasonal loyalty bonus
The Rental Tech fits & rents boots, skis and snowboards with a smile, does basic repairs on ski and snowboard equipment, completes safety tests on bindings and provides excellent guest service.
Come work and play at Seattles home mountain, The Summit at Snoqualmie. Located an hour from Seattle, at the junction where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses Interstate 90. With summer activities ramping up with spectacular Mountain Biking trails and Scenic Lift Rides, there is lots to do all year long.
Responsibilities:
Job duties may include, but are not limited to:
Safely fit boots, skis and snowboards to customers.
Demonstrate to the customer how the bindings work.
Perform general maintenance and repair on equipment.
Be able to complete liability forms with legible penmanship.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $18.54 to $20.09/hr
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
