Being a Rental Technician begin to use service manuals properly and select correct tools, specifications. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Additionally, Rental Technician typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Rental Technician may require 0-1 year of general work experience. Essential Responsibilities |

Description Clean equipment and accessories, then package per appropriate manufacturers' specifications. Ensure that all re-chargeable batteries are being put on charge in a timely manner, and according to manufacturer specifications. Calibrate and/or perform diagnostics for all assigned equipment within 24 hours after it has been returned from rental. Communicate with supervisor regarding damages that may have occurred during rental. Prepare equipment for new rental orders according to standard procedures. This also includes packing equipment, preparing packing lists and calibration reports and appropriate paperwork. Provide technical support and training including pre-order advice to clients via telephone, email and face-to-face. Perform all reasonably assigned tasks. |
