- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with sales team to promote additional services and increase customer satisfaction-Test drive customer vehicles as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in automotive technology-Oversee and Participate in maintaining quality control
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures and techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Proficient in using automotive diagnostic equipment and software
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance schedules and requirements
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordSkills:
