In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries or concerns
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers in English, and additional languages such as Spanish is a plus
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
