Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to their inquiries or concerns
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers in English, and additional languages such as Spanish is a plus

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
