We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to join our team. As an Assistant, you will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Show available properties and preform inspections
-Prepare and monitor work orders
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting as necessary
- Perform proofreading and editing tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Assist with data entry and maintaining electronic files
- Support the team with general office duties, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in an property management role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
