Title: Outside Sales Representative 

Location: Fairbanks, Alaska

Direct Supervisor: Client Account Manager

Supervisory Responsibilities: Not Applicable

Pay Structure: DOE

Summary: The Outside Sales Representative identifies and establishes new customers. The successful candidate for this role will be self motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about providing automotive rental solutions.

Responsibilities: Outside Sales Representatives follow a process to establish new customers. General responsibilities include the following tasks:

• Identify and establish contact with new corporate leads.
• Talk with these new leads to pinpoint their vehicle rental needs.
• Provide custom quotes, tailored to the customer’s needs.
• Sell vehicle rental services to new corporate leads.
• Maintain an accurate record of all leads.
• Report all new customer information to the Client Account Manager.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous sales experience. 
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a current driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
• Must own a working smartphone.
• Must be punctual.
• Must not use tobacco or marijuana products. 
• Must consistently display a positive attitude.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to pass a drug test at any time. 
• Must possess good problem solving skills.
• Must possess good basic math skills.
• Must be teachable by being a good listener and willing to continually learn new skills.
• Must be able to follow instructions.
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong organizational skills.
• Must not use profanity in the workplace.
