Job Title: Party and Tent Rental Technician

Location: Based out of Midland, MI

Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 Hour

Job Type: Full-Time with Overtime Potential

Jamison's Party Rental is a party and tent rental company serving the Midland, Bay City, and Saginaw areas. We specialize in providing clean tents, dance floors, tables, and chair rentals for various events such as graduations, reunions, ceremonies, and birthdays. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free experience to our customers and help them celebrate their special occasions.

Job Description:

We are seeking two reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Party and Tent Rental Technicians. The job involves setting up tents, tables, and chairs, ensuring that the rental equipment is clean and well-maintained, and making sure that the proper inventory is accounted for.

Responsibilities:

- Help load and unload rental equipment from trucks

- Deliver and set up tents, tables, and chairs at customer locations

- Ensure that rental equipment is clean and well-maintained

- Assist in the inventory count and restocking of rental equipment

- Maintain accurate delivery and pick-up records

- Provide excellent customer service

- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery

- Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude

- Follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

- No experience is needed, but experience with manual labor is preferred

- Having a valid driver's license and experience in towing is preferred

- Must have a good driving record

- Must be reliable and have a good track record of showing up to work

o Must be available to work Thursday through Monday and sometimes on Wednesdays

- Must have attention to detail and the ability to read a loading sheet

- Must have be able to work well with others

- Must take pride in their work

Benefits:

- Starting pay is $15 hour during training and increased after training is completed.

- Paid drive time

- Tips can occur on delivery

- Returning bonus paid after June in the first pay period of July
