Vacation Rental Assistance (VRA) is actively hiring a building operations / maintenance technician.

JOB DUTIES: 

Respond to various scheduled service tasks at a variety of properties. Use personal tools and equipment, or utilize VRA's, as to execute tasks. Tasks include projects such as:

- Refinishing wood doors / furniture

- Installing fixtures

- Minor Electrical

- Minor Plumbing

- Repairing carpentry

- Painting

- Drywall work / texturing

- Building hot tub BMP's / pads

- Many other handyman tasks

Track time, write quality reports, and communicate with Dispatch and Clients as needed.  

Certifications not required, but a bonus.

Requirements

* Lifting 50lbs over head

* Standing for long periods of time

* Valid drivers license

* Maintenance / handy experience
