Rental Coordinator provides customers with support of all activities throughout the entire rental process and ensures customer satisfaction. Determines customer needs, quotes for requested services, and prepares approved rental agreements. Being a Rental Coordinator maintains records and files, and coordinates billing process. Job Duties:
· Process all new starts – accurately enter all necessary information into JobPro. Check all POs for accuracy and make any corrections.
· Communicate and work with other team members and builders for various needs.
· Prepare all new starts once walk packet is received by field manager to be turned into a job. This includes checking all Builder provided information (build order, color selection sheet and sketches) for any changes, make sure all information is entered in the correct location for other team members.
· Process all change order information, update necessary documents in JobPro and print updated walk information for the field manager.
· Create and schedule jobs: create all work orders necessary for completion of the job. Make sure all necessary documents are uploaded on the tech app for other team members to view.
· Submit PO revisions to Builder as needed.
· Email pay and datasheets to subcontractors as well as any other information needed to complete each job.
· Monitor any job recommendations entered by subcontractors, why there was an issue, and when it was resolved.
· Request all necessary VPOs/EPOs, make sure they are received on time and bill once received and work is complete. This includes emailing the superintendent, entering material in JobPro and ordering, and scheduling needed team members.
· Coordinate with homeowners to schedule services after closing when necessary. Order any needed materials, schedule service in JobPro, communicate any issues with Builder and mark all services complete on Builder’s portal.
· Ensure all procedures are followed for each specific builder.
· Prepare Builder’s weekly billing.
· Work closely with field managers to schedule, monitor on going jobs, and oversee any issue that may arise.

· JobPro- Daily Software used for all job-related tasks.
· Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Additional Information:
· Office is located in Indian Land, SC
· Hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm
· Pay is $17.00 per hour; paid weekly.
