Our company is searching for an Event Rental Coordinator to become part of our Sales team. Candidates will enjoy interacting with clients on both the phone and in the showroom to help them plan for their events such as graduation parties, weddings, fundraisers and corporate functions. Tasks also include data entry to place client orders in rental software, accepting and entering payments, and some additional light office duties.

Hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. This is a full-time, in office position. 

Candidates must have experience in customer service and other general office duties as well as excellent computer skills and phone etiquette. Previous experience in events is not required, but a definite plus. Candidates must be motivated, represent our company's core values and be disciplined with a passion for events.
